Universal Bill of Rights for Children
Status: Foundational Phase (2025)
The UBRC Foundation is a developing, independent humanitarian initiative dedicated to protecting the fundamental rights of children across all nations and systems.
Our mission is to establish a perpetual legal framework that guarantees transparency, accountability, and collective guardianship for the wellbeing of every child — now and for future generations.
All related intellectual property, language, and constitutional materials under the Universal Bill of Rights for Children (UBRC) are being organized under a Perpetual Peoples Trust (Wyoming, USA) to ensure public ownership, noncommercial use, and protection from private or political influence.
Contact
The UBRC Foundation is currently in its foundational and drafting phase. Public participation, commentary, and collaborative access will open once the intellectual property is secured under the Perpetual Purpose Trust and released for public stewardship.
At this stage, communication is limited to essential legal, organizational, and partnership matters.
